He Was 56 Years Old And Left His Wife And Two Sons Jagabandhu And Krupasindhu And One Daughter.Born In A Humble Background In Khanati Village Of Khordha District, Arabinda Baboo Rose To The Pinnacle Of Musical World And Earned Name And Fame As The Most Popular Odia Bhajan Singer Across The Globe Only Because Of His Sheer Hard Work And Complete Dedication. A Prime Disciple Of Bhajan Samrat Bhikari Bal, Shri Muduli Became The Undisputed Number One Bhajan Singer Of Odisha After Shri Bal’s Demise. I Had Very Close Family Relationship With Shri Muduli Since Long. He Has Been A Simple, Mild , Gentle And Down To Earth Humanbeing. I Lost One Of My Bosom Friend, Genuine Well Wisher And Dear Brother. I Was Completely Shaken When I Got This News Today Morning. It Was Totally Unbelievable For Me.Yesterday Only He Called Me To Invite Personally To His Son Jagabandhu’s Marriage Scheduled To Be Solemnised In Bhubaneswar On 8th Of This Month. And Today He Is Gone Leaving All Of Us In Ocean Of Shock And Sorrows. What A Fate !!!!! I Am Praying Lord Jagannath To Rest HIS Ardent Devotee’s Eternal Soul In Permanent Peace And Provide Enough Strength To His Family Members To Bear This Untimely Colossal Loss And Tragedy Arabinda Muduli was an Indian Odia musician, singer and lyricist. Muduli was born in Khanati, Khordha District, Odisha, India. He was a disciple of Bhikari Bal. He was a devotee of lord Jagannath. He sang just bhajans and turned down offers to sing commercial movie songs. Oriya musician, lyricist and bhajan singer Arabinda Muduli passed away in the wee hours on Thursday. He was 56. Family sources said Muduli complained of chest pain and was rushed to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar at 2am where he breathed his last. Born in 1961, Muduli won hearts of people by singing devotional songs and bhajans. As the news of his death spread, people from all walks of life thronged to his residence to pay their last respects to Muduli. The bhajan maestro's body will be taken to his native village in Khurda and then to Swargadwar Puri where his cremation will be done.
