I was saddened to hear that Bijayanand Singh, a renowned social activist passed away due to COVID-19 positive on October 24, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital, Visakhapatnam. He was 63. He had served in Cambodia. He returned to India in 1998 and set up Solidarity for Developing Communities(SFDC) and Karuna Shanti Science College, Berhampur for marginalized communities. He is a mentor of the needy who made the paths of hundreds of youths that helped shape their career and better life. He facilitated hundreds of youths to join medical and engineering professional from the marginalized communities. His death is an irreparable loss to the dalits, tribals and marginalzed communities and a personal loss to me as he is one of my nephew. I have no words to express my grief. The coming generations and my village communities will remember him fondly for his works and wonderful personality. Condolences to his family, village communities and admirers...#...LIFE HISTORY...
